To fight systematic racism, the Ontario government decided that all high schools are banning “applied” and “academic” courses to incorporate a more inclusive learning environment. Students will have the ability to be equals and have more options to achieve their goals.

A unique organization called people for Education, Annie Kidder, questions whether combining a more inclusive learning environment will affect students with different learning styles.

Local news reports that premier Doug Ford will officially announce the ban on “applied” and “academic” courses this week.
