    The second wave of COVID-19 brings an expected jump in new patients, and some of Ontario’s most prominent hospitals are already exceeding full capacity before the flu season. 

    According to data, hospitals were filled above 95 per cent for more than half of September and October. 

    The hospitals running over capacity are in Ottawa, and the Greater Toronto Area, which are the regions hit hardest by COVID-19 cases this fall.
