    On Thursday, the Province announced that it will make sure food delivery apps are not taking advantage of restaurants struggling to stay afloat during the pandemic.

    According to a senior government source, Ontario will cap the fees that food delivery apps impose on restaurants in areas where indoor dining is prohibited.

    Companies that go against the proposed law will face fines of up to $10 million.
