    Ontario Reports 1,940 New COVID-19 Cases and 23 Deaths

    On Monday, Ontario reported 1,940 new cases of COVID-19 and 23 deaths, bringing the provincial total to 142,121.

    Monday’s count was a big jump from the 1,677 reported on Sunday.

    According to the Provincial report released on Monday, 390 were recorded in Peel Region, 544 in Toronto, 134 in Hamilton, 144 in Windsor-Essex, and 191 in York Region.
