    Ontario Reports a Record High of 2,447 New Cases of COVID-19 and 49 Deaths

    On Thursday, Ontario reported 2,447 new cases of COVID-19 and 49 deaths, making it a new single-day record.

    The new case count exceeds the previous high of 2,432 recorded on December 17.

    Thursday’s new case numbers make it the tenth day in a row where more than 2,000 cases were reported.
