    Ottawa Malls Plan To Open For Black Friday Shopping

    Several Ottawa malls will be open for Black Friday shopping on Friday morning.

    On Friday, Tanger Outlets will open at 7 a.m., Bayshore Shopping Centre and Rideau Centre will open at 8 a.m.
