    Small businesses in Toronto are struggling to reopen, as Phase 3 starts on Friday in parts of Ontario. Managing director of Salad King, Alan Liu, A Thai restaurant near Yonge-Dundas Square, said, “We don’t even know if we will be able to break even with the investment we’re making.”

    The restaurant has already had to hire more employees, spent $5000 on Plexiglas barriers to keep booths separated, and $2000 on Personal Protective Equipment for employees.
