On Monday, SpaceX got one step closer for its plan to launch a gigantic, futuristic rocket ship into orbit. The Starship base is located in Texas and the Federal Aviation Administration concluded an environmental review on it. The agency said there were no significant environmental concerns but is requiring more than 75 actions to reduce impacts to the region.

There is still no guarantee that the rocket ship will be issued a launch license as there are other factors to consider. These include safety and financial responsibility requirements that still must be met at the Boca Chica site, according to the FAA.

The Starship is nearly 400 feet or 120 metres and is the most powerful rocket ever built. It is designed to carry people from the moon to Mars. NASA plans to use the rocket for the space agency’s lunar landing of astronauts, planned for after 2025.
