On Tuesday, Team Canada unveiled its kit for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing with the new outfitter Lululemon. The Vancouver-based clothing company kept the outfits simple and sleep with a sporty look that isn’t too over the top. Para-alpine kier Frederique Turgeon said “The look and the outfits, it’s honestly just Canada reimagined,”

A group of dancers presented the new kits with a routine that mixed yoga, gymnastics and dance. The athletes then modelled the gear on a makeshift runway in a downtown ballroom. The theme of the ceremony was “transformation” as Lululemon displayed its transformable parkas, down jackets, beanies, and pullovers.

The colour red was very dominant in most of the gear with a C, A and N in clock letters on the jacket backs. There was also a Maple Leaf design featured on the sleeve. The podium gear seemed more knitted with elevated texture with similar red colouring. The closing ceremony clothing gear was a prominent winter white.
