    Toronto Announces Tighter Restrictions

    Toronto announced that it would tighten restrictions by moving to the red zone of Ontario’s COVID-19 tiered shutdown system.

    Indoor dining will remain closed until mid-December, and social gatherings are discouraged with people who live outside their home. 

    The city will move into the red phase of the province’s shutdown system starting on November 14.
