    During the one week Toronto Police Service’s “Winter Watch” campaign that focused on pedestrian safety, more than 3,800 tickets were issued to drivers in the last week of January. 

    On Tuesday, the police department said that there were a total of 3,853 tickets issued for speeding, driving distracted, driving aggressively, and driving under the influence between January 25 and January 31.
