On Wednesday, UK regulators said that people who have a history of allergic reactions should not receive the new vaccine, as they investigate two adverse reactions that occurred on the first day the vaccine program started.
According to Stephen Powis, a national medical director for the National Health Service in England, authorities were acting on the Medical and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency recommendations.
