Toronto Mayor asking for provincial federal help due to expected $1.35 billion shortfall.

 Mayor of Toronto, John Tory is once more, asking for federal and provincial government help as the city has a $1.35 billion shortfall. 

On Tuesday morning during a news conference, Tory explained a new executive committee report that he said explains a “substantial update” on the shock COVID-19 has had on the finances of the city.
